You know I was pretty excited to see that Luna reformed and touring... that is until I looked over some of their semi-recent setlists and they did not include my favorite "Slash Your Tires" song. That is like if The Smiths reformed and not play "How Soon Is Now?". I wonder if this is a regional thing, perhaps the song was not popular in other countries, etc. ...

Casual fans know Dirt Nasty and Mickey Avalon from comedic soundtrack hits like “My Dick” and “What Do You Say?” However, fans of the eccentric partners in rhyme know their history goes way back and much of their best music came together. Unfortunately, the duo had a falling out in 2010 and hadn’t worked together since. Until now.

After years apart, Dirt and Avalon are back in the lab and have cooked up a timely new single, “Netflix and Chill,” a bouncy romp that isn’t meant to be taken too seriously. Here’s what Dirt Nasty had to say about the song and...

Me and Mickey had a falling out a few years back, but we decided to kiss and make up so we can give our fans some sweet new jams. And what better way to get over our differences than a nice mellow evening at home watching Netflix and chilling out…..with hot girls of course.

Jessica Fletcher The Western Front |

The one hit wonder “Hey Mickey” played through the speakers to welcome rapper Mickey Avalon to the stage at the Wild Buffalo, Thurday, Feb. 5.

Avalon's vulgar language referring to drugs, alcohol, women and prostitution got the crowd wild. With a packed venue, attendees didn’t care how close one another were to each other. People were pushing each other to hold their spot on the floor. All the crowd cared about was dancing, singing, drinking and getting as close as they could to Avalon to get a picture and possibly receive a handshake from him.

Everyone was getting crazy,...
